This platform was developed to solve a problem. As a new barber in the industry, I found it difficult to find job opportunities in the surrounding area. The task of calling multiple barbershops and asking about any job openings was time consuming. This rarely yielded a positive result. Most open barber positions were often advertised by word of mouth and if you were not in the loop, then opportunities were missed. Fast forward to becoming an owner and operator of a barbershop, I found myself on the opposite side of this problem. Therefore, I created this platform to connect barbers and stylists seeking job opportunities with barbershops and salon owners looking for new talent. Thus, providing a central website for both parties.
